Daphne Graham Dudley is the founder of Daphne’s Tax Service LLC. With decades of experience in tax preparation, financial organization, and business support, she has built her company on the principles of integrity, education, professionalism, and community service.

Daphne obtained her Associate Degree in Applied Science Administration Office Technology in 1994. Her caring nature and passion for helping others inspired her to launch Daphne’s Tax Service in the early 1990s. From the beginning, she has taken pride in educating individuals and families about tax laws, financial responsibility, the importance of saving, and building a stable financial future.


Committed to continuous growth and education, Daphne continued her academic journey by earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Franklin University in 2004. She later earned her Master of Business Administration from Strayer University in 2009. Her educational background, combined with years of real-world experience, has allowed her to provide dependable financial guidance to individuals, entrepreneurs, military families, truck drivers, and growing businesses alike.


Under her leadership, Daphne’s Tax Service LLC has grown into a trusted and respected brand. She believes financial success begins with education, organization, and proactive planning — values that continue to shape the company’s client-focused approach today. Alvita Graham McNeill serves as the Senior Tax Analyst for Daphne’s Tax Service and has been a dedicated member of the company for over 10 years. As the lead tax preparer for the Fayetteville office, Alvita has built a reputation for her knowledge, professionalism, and ability to simplify even the most complex tax situations for clients. Known around the office as the “paperwork guru,” the “trucking industry extraordinaire,” and the office comedian, she brings both expertise and personality to the workplace every day.


Alvita specializes in assisting individuals and business owners with proper document preparation, business formations, and selecting legal structures that best fit their financial goals. Her experience includes individual tax preparation, business tax support, and military tax returns, where she takes pride in ensuring clients remain informed, organized, and compliant throughout the filing process.


With a strong passion for helping others and years of hands-on experience, Alvita has become a trusted resource for clients from all walks of life. Her ability to balance professionalism with humor and compassion creates an environment where clients feel welcomed, understood, and confident in the services they receive. A graduate of the University of Phoenix, LaKisha combines her educational background with hands-on experience to help individuals and businesses stay organized, compliant, and financially prepared. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction make her a trusted resource for both the team and the clients she serves.

With a friendly personality and helpful spirit, Margie is often one of the first faces clients see when entering the office. She takes pride in creating a warm and professional environment while assisting with scheduling, client communication, and daily office support. Her positive attitude and dedication to customer service make her a valued part of the Daphne’s Tax Service team. 

Madison Graham

Intern


Madison Graham is a recent graduate of SandHoke Early College High School and an emerging young professional with a bright future ahead. She will continue her educational journey at Winston-Salem State University, where she plans to pursue a degree in nursing while returning to work during the summer months.


During her time with Daphne’s Tax Service, Madison has shown dedication, professionalism, and a strong willingness to learn. She has been actively learning how to process simple tax returns and has become a valuable support system for both the staff and clients. Madison assists clients with submitting documents through the online portal as well as helping with in-office tax preparation services, ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the process. 


Known for her helpful spirit and dependable nature, Madison has been an asset to the company by helping maintain schedules, staying organized, and stepping in wherever she sees a need.
